- I truly love Disney, which means I love talking about Disney, especially with other people who love Disney.
- When I was younger I wanted to become a Broadcast Journalist, Mentoring Mondays helps me live out that dream by interviewing FABULOUS people.
- I love to help others, that is the main reason for Mentoring Mondays, Tuesdays Tips, Fabulous Finds, and more party ideas coming soon.
- The absolute #1 reason I blog is the wonderful people I have met through blogging. I am sure you all think I'm a little nuts when I call my fellow Disney Bloggers my brothers & sisters but I really do feel that way. It's such a wonderful connection!
- Because no one else in my family has the Disney Addiction that I do. I blog to keep from driving them crazy with all my Disney chatter.
To all of you who are applying for the Walt Disney World Moms Panel this week - Good Luck, Hugs & LOTS of Pixie Dust!!
Until tomorrow, be sure to Have a Magical Day!!

My husband and I had the exact same conversation last week! I have recently been "working" a lot on my blogs. For me, it is so fun, it doesn't seem like work, but when I stopped and thought about it, I realized that my husband was being neglected. Instead of us spending time together in the evenings, I was going straight to my computer and getting to work as soon as the kids went to bed. But like you, I love it! I love sharing my Disney thoughts, I love that I have met so many great people and even through a recent rough patch in my regular life, I had such tremendous support of so many people who I have never met in person, but it feels like I have known them forever - and you are one of those people!!
ReplyDeleteI sooo can relate. My husband is a Disney fan too so he understand why I blog but still cannot figure out why so much time on the computer. I am glad I am not the only one balancing blogging with family. ; )
ReplyDeleteBeth, it is the wonderful connection I feel with people like you (and so many other wonderful bloggers) that makes we want to do this. My husband really doesn't understand how you can care about people you have never met in person. He doesn't know what he's missing! On a personal note, I hope your rough patch is getting smoother! {{HUGS}}
ReplyDeleteMary, unfortunately my husband doesn't share my passion for Disney...that really makes it harder. I am lucky that he tolerates it though.
And there you have it... I blog so I don't drive the rest of my family crazy with my obsession. LOL!
ReplyDeleteHi Kristen!! I know I have a real problem, but I don't think I'm going to seek help... I've got my fingers crossed for you with the Moms Panel!!
